Depending on the size / weight of the product you are ordering, we may use a different carrier. It is sometimes necessary to send orders on palletised transport due to its size, weight, and volume. Please be aware this may incur an additional carriage charge. We will keep you informed if this change is likely to affect you or the total of your order.
Batteries and liquids cannot be sent via parcel carrier and will have to be palletised so will also incur additional charges.
Items out of stock, specials, or bespoke items, will be delivered as soon as is reasonably possibly. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay where we can.
