We don’t want you to choose between the best price and the best service – so we fixed this by introducing our Price Match Guarantee!
What does this mean?
If you find a lower price for an equivalent to any product in our catalogue, ATE will better that price by 5%.
How do I request a 5% price beat?
Simply email us and attach your invoice/quote with the price(s) you would like us to match. If you would prefer to discuss ATE’s 5% Better Price Guarantee, then just give our friendly staff a call on 01206 795949 with the product you’re interested in, the price you’ve been quoted and we’ll happily take care of the rest.
JUST SO YOU KNOW:
Product(s) must be of an equivalent specification
Must be available for delivery or collection within one day from the competitor
Price must be higher than ATE’s cost price
A written quote that is valid must be provided
Excludes special or non-stocked products
Excludes ‘one off’ offers or clearance items from competitors
Excludes transport costs
We don’t price match against our suppliers
Only applies to entire quotes – NOT individual products
Only applies to trade companies that offer trade accounts
